The Website is owned and operated by MIH Media Productions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“MIH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with an address at 4245 N Central Expy #490, Dallas, TX 75205-4231.

MIH Media Productions, LLC operates and provides services through brands and business names that may include BizRocketHub and Buzz Social Biz. BizRocketHub and Buzz Social Biz are brands and/or DBAs of MIH Media Productions, LLC and are not separate corporations or limited liability companies.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Website.

1. Eligibility and Permitted Use

The Website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement, supervision, and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By accessing or using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; you will use the Website only for lawful purposes; the information you provide to MIH is accurate and not misleading; and you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

MIH may refuse access to the Website or any portion of it if MIH reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of MIH or another person.

The Website may provide information about MIH, its brands, consulting services, technology products, business platforms, digital solutions, entrepreneurial resources, events, partnerships, and related activities.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. MIH does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. MIH may update, change, remove, or discontinue any portion of the Website or its content at any time.

MIH does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, defects, viruses, or other harmful components. Website access may be suspended or restricted for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical issues, business reasons, or other circumstances.

3. Relationship to Other Agreements

These Terms govern use of the Website only. They do not replace or modify any separate written agreement between you and MIH.

Consulting services provided by MIH may be governed by MIH’s Master Services Agreement and the applicable Engagement Order or Statement of Work. If you purchase or receive consulting services, the applicable agreement will control the specific services, fees, payment terms, deliverables, scheduling terms, and other commercial terms for that engagement.

These Terms do not replace, amend, or override the Master Services Agreement, an Engagement Order, a Statement of Work, or another signed agreement unless the applicable agreement expressly states otherwise.

Users of BizRocketHub or Buzz Social Biz platforms, applications, software, or related services may be subject to separate platform terms, subscription terms, acceptable-use rules, privacy notices, or other agreements. Those separate terms may apply to the applicable platform or service.

4. Limited License to Use the Website

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MIH grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and view the Website for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Website or any content to you. MIH may revoke this license at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its contents, including text, articles, graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos, audio, music, designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, software, code, layout, organization, compilations, and other materials, are owned by MIH Media Productions, LLC or are used by MIH under permission or license from their respective owners.

The Website and its content are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, publish, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from Website content without MIH’s prior written permission.

Third-party content, including performer materials, partner materials, licensed materials, guest contributions, testimonials, photographs, videos, music, logos, and other materials supplied by third parties, belongs to its respective owners and may be protected by additional rights and restrictions.

BizRocketHub, Buzz Social Biz, MIH Media Productions, and related names, logos, marks, and branding may be trademarks, service marks, trade names, or other protected identifiers of MIH or their respective owners. No right to use any such mark is granted without prior written permission.

If you submit your email address or other contact information through a contact form, signup form, event inquiry, consultation request, newsletter form, or similar feature, you authorize MIH to use that information to respond to your request and provide communications related to your inquiry, account, services, events, products, or business activities.

Where applicable, you may also be asked to consent to receive marketing or promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the applicable message or by contacting MIH at MIHMediaProductions@gmail.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications may not stop transactional, administrative, security, service-related, or legally required communications.

You may submit information or materials to MIH through the Website, including comments, questions, feedback, emails, event inquiries, consultation requests, suggestions, testimonials, ideas, photographs, recordings, or other materials (collectively, “Submissions”).

You retain any rights you may have in your Submissions. By submitting materials to MIH, you grant MIH a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, and otherwise use the Submissions for business, operational, marketing, promotional, service-improvement, and other lawful purposes.

MIH is not required to maintain Submissions as confidential unless MIH has separately agreed in writing to do so. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, trade secret, financial, personal, or legally sensitive information through a general Website form unless MIH has specifically instructed you to do so.

By submitting materials, you represent and warrant that you own the materials or have all rights, permissions, releases, and authorizations necessary to submit them and grant the rights described in these Terms; the materials do not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party rights; the materials are not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; the materials do not contain malware, harmful code, or unauthorized personal information; and the materials comply with all applicable laws and agreements.

MIH may remove, reject, edit, restrict, or decline to use any Submission at any time and for any reason.

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MIH Media Productions, LLC and its owners, managers, members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and representatives from and against claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to: your access to or use of the Website; your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; your Submission or other content you provide; your infringement, misappropriation, or violation of another person’s rights; or your negligent, fraudulent, intentional, or unlawful conduct.

MIH reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with MIH’s defense of such claims.

13. Copyright Complaints and DMCA Notices

MIH respects intellectual property rights and may respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination of Access

Termination of Website access does not automatically terminate any separate agreement between you and MIH.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

MIH may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, MIH may provide additional notice through the Website, email, account messaging, or another reasonable method.

Unless otherwise stated, revised Terms become effective when posted on the Website. Your continued access to or use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a material change requires a different form of notice or consent under applicable law, MIH will provide the notice or obtain the consent required by law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and MIH concerning your access to and use of the Website.

These Terms do not replace or modify any separate Master Services Agreement, Engagement Order, Statement of Work, platform terms, subscription agreement, privacy policy, or other written agreement that applies to a separate MIH service or relationship.

20. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without MIH’s prior written consent.

MIH may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor, purchaser, or other party in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, financing, transfer of assets, or other business transaction, subject to applicable law.

21. No Waiver

MIH’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of MIH.

22. No Agency or Partnership

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, franchise, fiduciary, or other similar relationship between you and MIH.

You may not represent that you have authority to act for or bind MIH unless MIH has provided prior written authorization.
